John and Steve met while working in different areas of product development at a Fortune 500 Appliance company in the mid 1990’s. After multiple joint projects and patents, John and Steve were selected to serve as IP coordinators from their respective groups to help marshal through patent protection for new product developments.
Introduced to Invention Workshops in 2003 they trained and were mentored by Innovation consults, Vincent and Associates, and began conducting invention workshops globally across 9 product categories such as; refrigeration, cooking, laundry and dishwasher appliances to materials, electronics, air conditioning and water treatment plus new business opportunities. With over 120+ workshops they helped drive their company into an industry leading intellectual property portfolio 5 years running as published by Ocean Tomo in the late 2000’s.
James joined up with Steve and John in the mid 2000’s in various projects from the human factors and industrial design side of the organization also bringing in experiences in consumer goods and medical devices. Sharing inventorship on multiple patents the trio has now teamed to offer their experience to help others gain focus and generate breakthrough solutions to deliver value to the marketplace.
